Arty would be the first one to tell you, he LOVED Halloween. He never could get enough of dressing like a Muggle and having it be perfectly okay! He was never shamed by the looks some gave him, oh no! Not him! Never. He was proud of his unnatural fascination! He would be the first one to tell you that. While helping Professor Sheridan out again, he had been told Muggles went on holidays just like Wizards, which he figured. They were referred to as tourists in the Muggle world. Tourist, such a nice word, so this years theme for Halloween? Arty was tourist.
As for his outfit choice? He wore a baggy pair of khakis, tall white socks, a floral shirt with some jungle cats on it, some of his favorite bright green shoes, a knapsack, and a large camera. He had never seen something like this before. He had heard stories of things used to capture images, he'd seen the images of course, but he'd never had his own camera! He'd bought it from a muggle thing called a thrift store, much like the rest of his outfit, and he was now it's proud owner! He was very stoked.
Now, he made his way around Hogsmeade, his pace slow and relaxed. He had no where to be, and he just felt the need to enjoy himself. He strolled, nodding to people as he past them, and he got some laughs on his outfit. He hoped someone would at least understand something of what his outfit was about. He would be happy to explain it to them if they didn't. He twirled his wand around a bit, before placing it back in his pants pocket. He smiled a bit, for no reason really, just to smile. He liked to smile.
He began to sway a bit as music reached his ears, and he started to venture towards it. He could see some band up on stage, he didn't know them, but they weren't bad. He strayed closer, and he began to sway lightly to the music as he listened. He didn't really listen to the words, but he liked the sound of it, so there he stood, dressed like a tourist listening to some band. Not a bad way to spend a day, he would take it over potions class any day. He would be the first to tell you that.
The night held a light breeze, and he was starting to wonder what he wanted to do about food, but he didn't really care to worry about that just yet. He wasn't in any hurry after all, maybe he could find a friend to pal around with before he decided what to do about eating.
