Ariadne Ippolita Rosier
This template was made by Sophronius, using lyrics from Brian Eno’s “Cindy Tells Me.”
There are two Ariadnes that need to be discussed if we are to examine all of her relationships: they are the real one, who holds strict ideas about blood purity and who is quite sadistic, but who at the same time is not the most faithful follower (due to an unwillingness to follow, rather than a lack of faith in blood purity) and who holds questionable attitudes towards muggles (though not to mudbloods) and this Ariadne lives amongst her fellow pure bloods and fellow Death Eater sympathizers (and future members); and the false one, who deflects the issue of the war, who is friendly but a bit rough around the edges, and who appears somewhat well adjusted despite her upbringing and family and this one lives amongst the filth that makes up her own house. Of course, the two worlds overflow, and at such times she tends to favor her real identity, but such incidents can always be rectified with sweet words (or at least that can be attempted).
As a friend, Ariadne is only somewhat loyal – it is not that she is a fair weather sort of person, but rather that she herself often drifts on the winds of change, rarely the same exact person from day to day or from setting to setting. That being said, when trust is put in her, she tends to do what needs doing and will rise to the occasion. For the most part, Ariadne only makes true friends with pure individuals, though possible exceptions can be made. In more social situations, Ariadne is often congenial, though an undertone of hostility can often be detected beneath her kind words. And, finally, with those closest to her, she often has difficulties opening herself up to even these, though she is willing to be supportive and helpful, but such relationships are rare.

This is a difficult section, isn’t it? Well, let it suffice to say that there is likely little chance that Miss Rosier will have any romantic relationships during her stay at Hogwarts, though, of course, that could be an error and she might find that woman she loves. Getting her to do anything about it would, however, be near impossible. But, that does not mean that people cannot admire her or that she cannot have crushes on others, both of which would or could lead to wonderful misunderstandings of a slightly comedic sort. But, really, this section will likely lie bare.

Crush:
Ariadne tries not to make enemies, but in the course of life, they will of course be made. She tries to avoid enemies, having someone out to get you is never healthy, especially if you plan on devoting your life to fighting against the government on the side of a raving megalomaniac. At the same time, even when in “nice mode,” Ariadne is far from the nicest person in the world and often is a bit rough and curt with people. So, enemies do get made, and then Ariadne gets to spread her wings and do what she does best – be sadistic, sly, and violent.

Enemies:
Some relationships do not fit neatly into the three above categories, and that is what this bit is for, for all those people and relationships that are more complicated or insane.
