EYE DETAILS: Medium sized emerald green eyes.
HEIGHT/WEIGHT/BUILD: 4’6” / 115 pounds / scrawny
FACE: Amelia is a girl who doesn’t really fuss around with her looks. When it comes to makeup she never wears makeup more often going with her natural beauty than glittered beauty. Her eyes are strong and cold often giving off a glare that would seem very cruel to people.
STYLE: Despite her lack of interest in her appearance Amelia has really good taste in wizarding clothing often wearing colors that complement her appearance. Being raised of a pureblooded family she never wears muggle clothing. Amelia loves to wear robes that have stars on them she can’t explain why she loves to wear stars, but she still loves them anyways. When it comes to care of her robes she tends to just let her parents deal with the cleaning of them which has caused her parents to buy her multiple sets of robes that way she will have enough clothes to last until they can clean them for her.
FEELINGS: “I want to be able to show to my parents I’m just as worthy to be their child as my brothers!”
PLAYED BY: Bella Thorne

Quidditch: Amelia loves Quidditch. It’s one of the few things she will stay with no matter what. She may not be able to play Qudditch, but she enjoys watching it.
Sweets: Amelia loves sugar as a candy form or just plain sugar she will eat it no matter what. She is a bit addicted to sugar to where she sometimes has hoards of it stashed away for latter consumption.
Dueling: Amelia likes to duel because it keeps her thinking on her toes. It tests her mind in a battle where strategy is key and to change up her strategy depending on the circumstances.
Writing: Amelia loves to write even if it’s just stupid stories she likes to write. She keeps a folder of many letters and stories she has written in her spare time. She even has a journal that she logs in her movement during the day.
Gazing out at a starry night: Amelia just loves the simple beauty that comes from a starry sky. The silence of the night with the dark blue night sky just makes a relaxing spell on Amelia.
LOATHES: Hugging: Amelia feels that if someone tries to hug it’s an awkward attempt to flatter her. She tends to stay away from people that like to hug and in some ways thinks people who do hug a lot are like a disease that need to be avoided. Of course that doesn’t mean she won’t hug her family as she loves them with all her might.
Sunlight: Amelia doesn’t like sunlight to where she can’t stay in it too long she hates the burning quality she gets from it. She can’t seem to tan she burns instead and she thinks peeling skin is very gross.
Birds: Amelia doesn’t not like little birds like robins, but she is terrified of birds like vultures and anything that are bigger. She always thought they could take her away and drop her from the sky killing her at its whim.
Divination: She really doesn’t believe her life has a predestined way of going that she has no control of her life at all. This has caused her to think Divination is a bunch of trash that it’s a worthless subject to even be in.
Pranking: Amelia thinks pranks are worthless and time consuming. The fact some people have such low intelligence to even do a prank makes her feel she is surrounded by idiots.
Ghosts: Amelia developed a fear of ghosts from an older sibling and ever since that day she couldn’t stand ghosts. She hates the feeling one gets when they walk through someone and the fact they are pale white gives her the chills.
BOGGART: Disappointing her parents.
DEMENTOR: A giant bird lifting her up in the air then dropping her.
PATRONUS: Puppy, Her little brother and how he would always smile when they would play together.
AMORENTIA: Candy, Dew on grass, freshly printed ink
VERITASERUM: I have a crush on an older boy, but I’m scared he won’t like me. I once dropped my brother when he was a baby and never told my parents.
STRENGTHS: Amelia is a very studious girl. With her constant studying she has proven that hard work can make a difference in someone’s grades. She is also very opininonated which helps her drive to prove she is correct. She will look up her ideas and opinion with all her might to prove that she is correct even if she is wrong. Amelia is really good at following instructions in exact order. This has proven very useful in school with her potions class over the years. Amelia has also found she is very talented at chess over the few years she has played with her friends she has noticed she has rarely ever lost a chess match. This is probably because of her mathematical mind where she calculates her best move and the possibility of where her opponent is going to go. Her best strength has got to be her speed though as she can run really fast thanks to her brother. After running away from his constant pranking she had strengthened her leg muscles to allow her to run pretty far without stopping. This has helped her not only get to classes on time, but in duels to where she can dodge spells fairly well. Amelia is also a bit stubborn when it comes to trying things she doesn’t like. She will stick with how she thinks of the items or food and not be persuaded by others. Since Amelia is also in the library very constantly she can be considered very knowledgeable and will sometimes shout out random quotes from books even if they have nothing to do with the subject at hand.
WEAKNESSES: Amelia is very shy. She isn’t very assertive to try and make friends with other people. This may be because she has some slight trust issues she has to deal with. She is also not very strong so doing anything that requires heavy lifting is beyond her which makes her feel slightly unhelpful. She also has trouble with going with the flow she usually has to hold herself before figuring out what to do next rather than just going with her gut. She is also very clumsy as she is often tripping or dropping things on accident. She has spilt so many ink bottles over the years she could paint Hogwarts with its ink.
OVERVIEW: Amelia isn’t a very sociable girl as she tends to be alone more than with a giant group of people. When in class she tends to be in the back of the room where no one can really stare at her should she do something embarrassing. Although despite her lack of crowds she is a very good friend to those she is close to. She will help her friends whoever they need it and if she is in a good mood she will even help strangers although she will help them in silence. She is relatively shy to where she doesn’t like talking to people very often she tends to communicate with her eyes over anything else.
When Amelia is alone she tends to use her time reading in the library. She believes her grades are of great importance and constant study is required of her to do well. She finds she likes more of the mathematical type of studies instead of the historical. In a way she is a math nerd constantly calculating not only her amount of study, but how she will go about her day to maximize her studies. Amelia will also carry at least one book with her so she can study during breaks or in the halls which has unfortunately caused her to get lost a few times on accident.
Amelia isn’t the easily swayed by other students. If she sets her mind on an idea she will keep it that way no matter what anyone says. She is stubborn in a way that someone can’t change her opinion even if it’s right or wrong. She would much rather continue with her opinion until she figures out the right answer for herself. She is a bit argumentative sometimes too which can lead to fights with her stubbornness.

OVERVIEW: Amanda’s Brief History
Amanda was born into a family of professors. Her parents each were teachers in their own way since they owned their own business for teaching other pureblooded families. As the youngest child of a family of six she was given the most attention almost to the point of being spoiled rotten. Of course once she got to the age of seven though she lost all spoiling and was treated like a student in school by her parents. They acted like very strict teachers giving no student any special treatment which left Amanda to raise herself almost as a child. Her siblings were of no help as they were off at Hogwarts already so she decided at an early age the only way she could get her parents attention was to be their best student. After that decision she studied as hard as she could and tried to prove to her parents she was the best student ever, but to no avail they still didn’t notice her. Even after her letter to enter Hogwarts the parents still didn’t show any inclination to their youngest daughter.
Robert’s Brief History
Robert was born amongst a family that helped other people achieve happiness. His parents were very work orientated so they had each of their eight children working with them. Of course depending on their age they did different tasks. Robert was the second youngest of the children by only a year. Like his younger brother he was given very simple jobs most of which didn’t require any magic at all, but once his magical powers became apparent his parents attempted to teach him some simple spells to help with their business. After many unsuccessful tries Robert finally was able to cast those few spells and became a lot handier around the family business. He helped out to the best of his ability with his family and once he got his letter for Hogwarts he knew he would be able to help them even more.
Parents Hogwarts years
Robert had of course started his Hogwarts years before Amanda, but it wouldn’t be till his later years before they both made contact. Robert was a kind student somewhat shy around the older students, yet he treated them all his classmates the same with respect and dignity. Upon his arrival at Hogwarts he found that all students were not treated equally though he could tell by merely listing to other student’s talk that the houses of Slytherin and Gryffindor rarely got along. This troubled Robert a little bit he didn’t really wish to belong to a house that made rivals with other houses, but to his unfortunate luck he was sorted into the Gryffindor house. He made many friends in his house and maybe the sorting hat was right in choosing Gryffindor for him. His classes began and he was somewhat happy with how they were taught he just wished his house got along with the Slytherin house. He found himself to be almost in the middle of most of the fights between the houses he only wanted to make friends with people in the Slytherin house, but he found out really quickly how much of an outcast he would be treated if he did so. He went about his first year somewhat sad after that he still wished to be friends with a Slytherin, but that would seem to never happen now.
His second year came and what a surprise he actually found someone he could hang out with from the Slytherin house, but apparently they didn’t want to hang out with him. Robert became really depressed when they told him that he almost wanted to drop out of Hogwarts because of it, but with the help of his housemates he was able to lift his spirits and make do with what he had. He enjoyed his second year at Hogwarts with a fake smile on his face to please his friends as his insides started to eat at his heart from the sadness he felt. He found he was doing surprisingly well in school for someone who had an inner depression in him some people even asked why he wasn’t in the house of Ravenclaw after doing very well in a potions exam one day. Robert of course didn’t have an answer for this so he just continued to live his second year with good grades and a heart infected with darkness.
Robert’s third year started and he felt somewhat rejuvenated after his summer break he felt happy he just couldn’t wait to start another year in school. The year began like all years the beginning of the year feast and the sorting of first years. A girl with strikingly red hair was mixed in the bunch of first years. She was pretty and Robert couldn’t help and feel that maybe she should get to know the girl, but he lost all interest in knowing her once he found out she was sorted into the Ravenclaw house. Her name was Amanda Clayworth and eventually her name would be of great importance to him. As for now it was just a name of a pretty red haired Ravenclaw girl.
Amanda had arrived at Hogwarts with one goal in mind to prove to her parents that she was worth something. She had already in her mind wanted to be in a different house than her siblings she did not want to be in the same house as them. As she made her way to the sorting hat she found some students were not exactly happy with the house they were sorted into, but that was only the first four kids to be sorted as she was very early in the sorting ceremony. She got up to the sorting hat when she was called and after what seemed like three hours to her the sorting hat shouted Ravenclaw. Amanda became very sad at this decision as she wanted to be in a different house than her siblings, but she had no choice in the matter so she took the sorting hat off and scuttled over to her house table with the other Ravenclaw. As she sat at her table and listened to the rest of the sorting Amanda found her eyes starting to wander around the great hall she quickly found someone who looked rather interesting he was obviously older than her, but there was a tug in Amanda’s insides maybe there would be something in her future that could tie those two together whatever it was she didn’t know so she averted her eyes and watched the rest of the sorting. The rest of her first year was hard she was sorted into the house known for its brains and compared to the rest of her classmates Amanda felt like she didn’t belong she just couldn’t keep up with the rest of them. This caused her drive to prove herself to her parents to full a rage and fury to study and outsmart her fellow classmates.
Amanda’s second year proved to be just as difficult as her first she competed for the highest grade as best as she could, but for some odd reason she couldn’t get to the top. Someone was always showing off using their brain to better themselves Amanda had a rival and she wanted to beat them at this little contest. Who the boy was Amelia didn’t know, but her drive to get her parents to notice her was only fueled by his high grades. Amanda didn’t actually make many friends in school in fact she was always in the library studying so she rarely socialized with other students. Amanda started to become obsessed with getting higher grades than this one student she almost never slept at one point she collapsed during one potions lesson and had to be carried off to the school healer. She just needed sleep so she ended up sleeping the whole day without going to any of her classes. She felt a lot better when she awoke the next morning, but she had lost her drive to be the best student in her year in fact she decided that if her parents couldn’t be proud of what she is now she wasn’t going to go out of her way to change their minds.
Robert’s fourth year was rather exciting he found himself a girlfriend and he started to get popular with the rest of his house this was probably because he tried out for the Quidditch team and made it becoming one of the Gryffindor Beaters. He was rather proud to be on the team and he rather liked being able to fly on a broom on school grounds. He much didn’t like his position too much he wasn’t a person who liked to harm others, but he was good at it so he didn’t complain too much. He did find himself getting many injuries in matches though often a broken arm or a blow to the head, but he would heal very quickly thanks to the nurse. About halfway through the school year Robert found himself stuck in the hospital wing with some head damage he felt fine personally, but the nurse instead he stay the night. It wasn’t long though before he noticed another patient being brought into the wing and Robert recognized her immediately. It was the red haired Ravenclaw he saw during the sorting ceremony last year. Was it fate that brought the two students in the hospital wing during the same day or was Robert just having a delusion from the blow to his head? Robert didn’t know which the right answer was so he turned away from the girl and took a nap in the hospital wing for the night instead of going back to his dorm.
Robert’s fifth year came and he had unfortunately broke up with his girlfriend from last year apparently she was starting to get too clingy for him. This year he devoted all his time to Quidditch so Gryffindor could win the cup this year. As the school year continued his grades started to slip apparently he had forgotten to make time to study. He had to find help really badly someone that could teach him quickly someone smart, but whom? He started to ask around and one of the few names that came up was Amanda. Robert wondered if it could have been the red head in Ravenclaw so he continued to ask around and found out it was. Now for the harder task finding the girl and getting her to help him. She wasn’t very difficult to find after all she had been in the Library doing some studying of her own. Robert felt nervous he didn’t know how to ask her if she would help him with his homework. It took about five minutes before he got the courage to ask in which he didn’t keep eye contact with her.
Amanda was actually a little surprised that someone would ask for her help in school in fact she didn’t think people even knew her. She felt somewhat delighted to help the older Gryffindor boy with his work and after a few weeks of studying with him she found she thought he was cute. She didn’t say anything, so she just continued to be his tutor. After all her tutoring she was definitely surprised to see that he had passed his exams with really good scores, but what surprised her most was when the boy kissed her without warning. At first Amanda was repulsed that he did such a thing then the magic kicked in she actually enjoyed his kiss. The two started to date after that and even though Amanda lived somewhat faraway from Robert they kept in contact all summer.
The love couple went into their next year of Hogwarts, Robert’s sixth and Amanda’s fourth, even though they were apart their love stayed strong through the owl mail. They enjoyed each other’s company they both sat in the same compartment and the same carriage on their way to Hogwarts. Though they were apart during the feast and at night the two still thought of each other. As the days went by in the school year they became inseparable often seen together in the library or near the lake. Robert had quit the Quidditch team to be with Amanda and he didn’t want to hurt another player with a bludgger anymore now. Every now and then the couple could even be seen kissing in an empty classroom together. They tended to stop kissing when someone entered the classroom, but every now and then if they knew who the intruder was they would continue right in their face without even thinking about it. They studied together whenever possible and now that Robert was caught up with the rest of his class he helped Amanda whenever he found something he knew that she didn’t. Their love would have to face their biggest obstacle soon, but the couple was too blind to it during this year.
Another year started for the two and their relationship had completely changed. They still loved each other, but the two were in a sense of depression as Robert was graduating from Hogwarts this year. Amanda was sad the only man she loved would be leaving her and she wouldn’t see him for at least three years. Robert wanted to study abroad for a while so he knew he wouldn’t have much contact with Amanda. The couple cherished the time they had together to the best that they could, but a pain in each other’s heart was too much for them to bear. As the school year ended the couple said their goodbyes at platform nine and three quarters and went their separate ways. The pain of their departure hurt both of them as tears ran down both of their faces.
Amanda went through her sixth year at Hogwarts with extreme loneliness. She had stopped studying as it only reminded her of Robert her grades started slipping and she didn’t even care. Her heart was empty she became a lot more anti-social much like her first year she preferred to be alone. No comfort came to her during this year and she barely made her way through the year. She had lost her drive to prove herself to her parent’s years ago, but a new drive arrived by owl.
Travel to a distant land
Where tears are always found
Simple beauty is a single spot
Where shadows will bound.
Where tears are always found
Simple beauty is a single spot
Where shadows will bound.
The letter wasn’t signed which was very strange to Amanda, but she needed something to do once she graduated next year so she kept this letter near to her heart. She felt a lot better this year and she was able to bring her grades back to what they were, but her mind was distracted a lot lately as she tried to figure out the riddle in the letter.
Amanda’s final year in Hogwarts came and she couldn’t wait for it to end. She wanted to figure out who this letter was from she had her suspicions, but she had not solid proof of what it meant. Based on what she was able to figure out right away is that she had to go and search for a place that was so beautiful that could make people cry. Amanda visited the school’s library very often to see if she could find information on a said place, but she couldn’t find anything that could be the answer to the riddle. Amanda thought that maybe the said place was not something from the magical community, but from the muggle world. There weren’t many books on muggle beauty in the school so Amanda knew that once she graduated she would have to look for the place by herself so for the rest of the school year she gathered her supplies and as soon as she got off of Hogwarts express she set out to find this place of beauty.
Graduation to Marriage
Amanda started her travel in a muggle town asking people to guide her to a place where they have cried before. Most people ignored her because of the weirdness of her question, but a few muggles were kind enough to help her. Although most of the muggles who did help her brought her to a muggle hospital or a muggle cemetery. Amanda knew this journey would be difficult, but she was already starting to doubt herself. She traveled to another town nearby and continued to ask muggles to take her where they have cried before and once again she found herself ending up in cemeteries and hospitals. Amanda was getting a bit annoyed at the fact the only things muggles cried about was birth and death did they not respect the beauty of other things such as nature? Amanda then realized that maybe she was going about this journey the wrong away instead of looking for a place other people would cry at she should look for places she would cry at. So she changed her question this time she asked for muggles to direct them to a place where fields of flowers bloomed. She didn’t get much response from most muggles as apparently they never heard of a place that was filled with flowers, but eventually someone told her of a place.
She followed the persons instructions and found herself somewhere in south eastern England. The place had a feel of great elegance as the trees whispered din the wind. She couldn’t find the field of flowers in the town though maybe she was given some false information or maybe the person forgot to tell her something. Amanda felt slightly down, but since this was a journey to find the place hidden in the riddle she decided to stay in the small community that lived there. For three years she lived with the muggles of the town and searched for the place hidden from her view. She started to enjoy her stay in the town, but she knew she couldn’t stay there forever so she searched with all her might to unfortunately still come empty handed. She had given up her search for the place in the riddle apparently it was too hard for her to figure out, but there was still one place she never checked. She heard the sound of a river one day and she had never seen a river nearby so she listened to the splash of water and headed towards the direction of the sound. The sound came from the woods by the town and with so many trees no wonders she had never heard the river before. She pushed her way through the thick density of the trees for about thirty minutes than she found herself in the most beautiful place she had ever seen. A field as far as the eye could see filled with many different flowers protected by the trees around it and a small river flowed directly in the middle of the field leading Amanda’s eyes to the sun where it was starting to go down. The sunset’s beauty and the flowers beauty almost brought a tear to Amanda’s eye as the purity of this land was too much for her to speak. A rustle from behind her distracted her for a second, but she blew the sound off thinking it might have been a squirrel. She gazed out longer at the field and sunset when a voice spoke to her from the shadows of the trees. His voice sounded vaguely familiar to Amanda, but she couldn’t remember the name of this person. They spoke softly and gently saying that the beauty of this land has been preserved for years and that he kept people away from this area so as to preserve its beauty. Amanda felt a hand touch her shoulder and then she was turned around the figure that stood before her was still shrouded with shadow so she couldn’t make out his face. The man spoke again this time asking her a question asking for her hand in marriage. Amanda was confused at whom this man was and why did he want to marry her? It wasn’t until the sun had fallen just enough to shine its light on the man’s face did she find out who it was. It was her lover from school Robert. Was he the one who sent her the letter? Amanda didn’t care though she was happy she cried tears of joy as she accepted his offer to marry her and embraced her fiancé with all her might kissing him tenderly on the lips.
The two couple decided that if they were going to marry that they would do it in the place Robert proposed at so they had the ceremony at the exact spot where he proposed. The wedding was simple only a few select friends were invited and the decor and setting arrangement was created so as to not harm any of the flowers. Robert wore a dashing good suit and accented it with a flower that he had picked from the field. Amanda worse a dress of pure white that gave off a unique impression of a bird. The gown itself was the fabric of silk it and only extended to her knee. It was strapless, but the feathers that almost covered her arms and legs created an elongated effect. She made her hair into an up do and wore a very tiny tiara to keep it in place. Her veil was long she placed it upon her head and it covered her whole body like a cocoon. Her bouquet consisted of flowers that she picked that grew closet to her feet when Robert proposed. Overall the wedding was a sight to behold as the couple had it exactly at the same time as their engagement with the sun setting over the field.
Family life
After their marriage the couple decided for their honeymoon they would build a home in the field of flowers. They felt they didn’t need a trip to another country during their honeymoon both were happy just to be in the field of flowers forever. They constructed a house in the field, but they unfortunately had to remove a large patch of flowers to build the house. They did however replant the flowers they pulled up making sure the place still kept some of its natural beauty. The house they built resembled a simple cottage, but they had magically charmed the house to be bigger than it actually was. From the outside it looked like it was a one room home, but once someone entered into the house they would feel like they were in a house of luxury. Their house was huge on the inside in total rooms they had about eight rooms and Robert and Amanda planned this on purpose. Though the couple was still newly married they had already set an idea of how many children they wanted and that number was ten, but they knew that each child would have to share a room.
Children to Amelia
It took a little while before Amanda and Robert had their first child in fact it took about two years. Amanda gave birth to a boy who she named Andre. They loved the child and they spoiled him a pretty good amount, but then his brother was born not a year later. Robert had named the child this time and he was called Daniel. The two boys got together rather well considering their young age which made both parents very happy, but then Amanda gave birth to another child. This time it was a girl and she was about a year younger than Daniel. Amanda named her Jessica and she got a room all to herself as the first born daughter. As the only daughter so far she got the most spoiled of the three children and the boys would have to compete eventually if they wanted to have any love from their parents as another boy entered the family. Robert named him Keith and as the third boy he was put into the same room as his brother Daniel while Andre got a room to his own. As each child was close of age Amanda and Robert decided to stop having babies for a little awhile or at least until Keith was four. They thought Andre and Daniel the ways of Quidditch hoping they would one day become Quidditch players. Jessica and Keith were thought business though to which the parents hoped they would run their families line of work. At the age of four not a week after Keith’s birthday their second daughter was born who was named Lisa. Then not a year after that they had their daughter Heather. The family was growing close to the parents goal for the amount of children they wished to have, but they weren’t their yet.
Around Heather’s second birthday though their children started to show magical ability. For a long time Amanda and Robert were worried they had given birth to a family of squibs, but almost as soon as Andre showed his first sign of magic so did the others. Andre was the first to show his magical ability, but he was the only one to show it in order after him Jessica did some form of magic. Daniel and Keith showed theirs at the same time both of which almost harmed their little sister Lisa who somehow protected herself from their magic with a little of her own. The house became very hectic once they started showing their magic, but it wasn’t until the birth of their next child did the chaos stop. It was another girl and the couple named her Amelia hoping maybe she would be the stable one in the family.
Amelia’s Childhood
As the youngest child in the family of nine Amelia was spoiled rotten. Her oldest brother Andre was preparing to go to his first year of Hogwarts so even though she was spoiled he got a lot of attention from her parents. Amelia was too young to talk and she doesn’t remember anything from this young of an age, but based on what her mother has told her Amelia was happy for Andre going to Hogwarts even if she didn’t know about him. Around the age of two Amelia became the second youngest child in the family with her brother Nathan. Amelia got along very well with her little brother Nathan even though they probably don’t remember it they were inseparable for about a year. Once Amelia turned four another child was brought into the family and the parents named him Tyler. Amelia only barely remembers events that happened when she was four, but the one that she remembers completely is that every time Amelia got close to her little brother he would cry. She could never figure out why he would cry so she stayed away from him a lot. This was also about the time when her older brother Daniel decided to be a little mischievous and somehow got a flock of birds to attack her she was scared of birds ever since.
Amelia was the age of six when her last sibling Sarah was born. At this point of her life Amelia was a shy girl who liked to read books. This annoyed her sister Heather as she would stay up late at night with the light on. Amelia wasn’t on good terms with some of her siblings she kept on getting on their bad side for some reason. She rarely got along with her brother Daniel he kept on picking on her and teasing her despite him being fifteen. Amelia got along most with her brother Andre for some odd reason even though they were ten years apart. She had mixed feelings when Andre, Daniel, Keith, and Jessica went to Hogwarts. She was happy for them to be learning how to control their magic, but she felt sad that her family would be leaving her for months. Luckily they would always come back for holidays so she didn’t have to wait too long for them to come home. Amelia couldn’t wait to go to Hogwarts though she just wished she could have gone when Andre did.
It was around her eighth birthday when Amelia had shown her magical powers she had somehow multiplied a single rare flower in the field into ten. She didn’t know how she did it, but it helped make the land where they lived a lot prettier. She took some responsibility for the family and helped raise her younger siblings except for Tyler that is. He still cried whenever she came near him and he was four years old already Amelia just wished she knew why he cried. She stayed away from Tyler as much as she could because she just couldn’t bear to her his cries. She grew really attached to her younger sister Sarah who seemed to laugh with a smile that was indescribable to her. At the age of eleven Amelia had received a letter from Hogwarts to attend their school of magic. Amelia was really excited to go to Hogwarts as she would finally go to the school her brother Andre went to. After many weeks of planning and shopping for school supplies and robes Amelia got on the Hogwarts express with Keith, Lisa, and Heather.
Hogwarts
Amelia entered her first year of Hogwarts like many other students scared and really confused. Even though she had her older siblings to help her figure things out she still wasn’t positive on how things went around Hogwarts. The train ride to Hogwarts was long and Amelia stayed really close to her sister Heather being the closest to her age. She meets with a few of heather’s friends and they were really nice, but she felt she was like a third wheel. About halfway through the train ride Amelia left the compartment her sister was in to explore the train and maybe if she was lucky find someone to talk to. As she passed compartments she could see other students talking some older and some about her age, but none of them seemed to invite her into their compartment. She had walked to full length of the train and sat down in the hallway near the back sulking about not being able to find someone to sit with. She was alone and scared she cried for a few minutes hoping maybe someone would hear her, but no one heard her desperate call for help. Amelia got up and dried away her tears and walked back to her sisters compartment where she noticed they were already dressed in their school robes. Amelia quickly got into her luggage case and grabbed her robes and tossed them onto herself. She sat back down next to her sister and looked out the window in silence.
After hours of staring at scenery the train had stopped and Amelia’s sister left the compartment with her friends. Amelia was alone again, but she got up anyways and followed the crowd off the train. A giant mass of shadow was off in the distance calling out for first years to follow them. Amelia was far in the back of the crowd of first years so she couldn’t get a good glimpse of the man. When they arrived at the boats Amelia found that the man who spoke earlier was shockingly tall. She didn’t much wonder who he was, but when he said they had to board a boat Amelia was slightly frightened. She looked at the water and even though it looked clam Amelia couldn’t help and feel that something terrible lived in the water. None the less she got into a boat with two other students one was a girl and the other was a boy. Amelia didn’t talk to the two other students and in fact she ignored them trying to concentrate on not falling off the boat and into the water. As the castle shimmered into view Amelia was in awe at the elegant beauty of the castle. She was going to be living there for months and she couldn’t feel more like a princess if she wanted to. As her boat docked Amelia eagerly got out of the boat accidentally tripping on the stone cold surface. A few students laughed and Amelia’s face turned beet red in embarrassment.
After this slight incident she retreated to a nearby shadow as she awaited further instruction from the tall man guiding them. He instructed them through what looked like a dungeon where the cold damp air was no comfort to Amelia. She and many other first years of the school were in awe of what they saw when they left the dungeons and entered the entrance hall. The ceiling was high and everything was beautifully bright Amelia wondered how old this castle was and how they kept it so clean, but she couldn’t think about it too much when a woman in what looked like emerald green robes gave them further instructions. Apparently through another set of doors was a room called the great hall where the first years were going to be sorted into their respective houses? The woman left and many of the people surrounding Amelia started to talk about which house they would probably be in. Amelia really didn’t care too much which house she was in so she just looked around at the other first years to see if anyone seemed like her. Amelia did see one boy with black hair, but she couldn’t see his face as he was talking to a red haired boy. Amelia wanted to talk to them seeing as they looked like someone she could get along with, but she was stopped before she could even move as the woman in green appeared once again.
She told the first years that everyone was waiting for them and to follow her into the great hall. Amelia followed and was in even more awe at how amazing the great hall was. The ceiling was probably the most interesting and before she could even ask how it was possible a voice a distant a ways said it was charmed to be that way. Amelia was slightly glad it wasn’t real as she was wondering if they were going to get wet because of rain. When they reached the end of the great hall the woman placed a stool with what looked like a very old hat. As Amelia gazed fixedly at the hat and then it suddenly burst out in song. Amelia was so shocked she let out a slight yelp that only those around her could hear. The hat finished its song and the woman started to talk once again this time announcement students to be sorted into their respective houses. As each name was called Amelia couldn’t help and wonder what house she was going to be in, but when they made it to her name she was more frightened to put on the hat. As the hat went over her eyes covering her view of the rest of the hall she could hear the words of the hat picking out her house it wasn’t too much longer later that it announced the house she was sorted into. Amelia took off the hat and gave it to the woman and she ran to her house table where the most applause came from. Amelia watched the rest of the sorting go by some of which were more important than others such as the boy she wanted to talk to earlier. As the sorting came to a close and after everyone finished eating the food from the feast Amelia followed her house prefects to her dormitory for her first night at Hogwarts.
Amelia’s first few days of school was about getting used to the new lifestyle around the school. With the ever changing staircases and the many tapestries taking students to different places Amelia found herself getting lost very easily and at one point when she wasn’t looking where she was going she went straight through one of the ghosts at Hogwarts the sudden freeze of the ghost caused Amelia to fall and to her unfortunate luck she fell down a flight of stairs. She was knocked unconscious for a few minutes when someone found her she didn’t know who, but when she awoke hours later she found herself in the hospital wing. She was confused at how she got there until she was told what had happened to which Amelia glowed beat red in embarrassment. After this incident every time she sat in class she would be in the back hoping that if she did anything wrong maybe no one would notice. Like many first years she just cruised by in her classes trying to get used to the new lifestyle she had to adjust to. Amelia did find some classes a lot more enjoyable than others she found she liked Potions and Herbology the most exciting, but of course she had the classes she thought were very boring such as History of Magic and Transfiguration. Amelia had nothing against the teachers personally she just wished transfiguration and history of magic was a bit more exciting.

RP SAMPLE: Amelia sat there nervously watching the many students rush by going from class to class. Why was she hiding from the public behind one of the many knight statues she will never know, but she could see everyone while hopefully they couldn’t see her. She was alone as her siblings had gone off to their next class and all that Amelia could think about was why she was hiding in the first place. She should get to know some of the students and make friends so she won’t be this scared when she gets older. She had to buck up and she got out from behind the statue. She looked around the hall and it was empty no one was in sight she had just missed her window of opportunity to talk to someone. Amelia slumped a bit as she walked off to her class knowing she was most likely going to be late. When she arrived in the classroom she found it to be completely empty and this confused her completely. Amelia took out her schedule and looked at the date she had got the wrong day and that she had a free period at this time so she slumped off to her common room hoping that someone would be there who she could talk to.
