EYE DETAILS: Lyra’s eyes are probably her best asset. They’re large and always brimming with curiosity. Her eyes are a lovely shade of blue-green, and are always sparkling with emotion. Her eyes reflect every emotion of hers, and have a magnetic effect on others.
HEIGHT/WEIGHT/BUILD: Lyra’s short, standing at 5’3’’, and has a small yet athletic frame, being around a 117 pounds in weight. Although she’s tiny, she’s strong, and can hit quite the strong punch. Due to her constant running about and playing sports, she’s acquiring lean and wiry muscles, which always help when you’ve got a boy to punch.
FACE: Lyra’s got Elvin features, with her heart shaped face and sharp features. She’s got a small yet pointed nose, and pale cheeks that tend to turn red a lot. However, don’t let her angelic features deceive you!
STYLE: Style? Lyra doesn’t believe in ‘style’, but if she were forced to give it, it would be ‘tomboy-ish’. She’s your quintessential tomboy, and hates anything girly. She loves her caps, so you can never see her without one. Being brought up in a Muggle household in England, she’s good at cricket too, which can sometimes get on her peer’s nerves in the wizarding world. Due to being from a poor family, she usually ends up wearing her brother’s clothes, not that it makes a difference to her, anyway.
FEELINGS: Lyra’s ever happy and bubbly. She’s loud and feisty, and wouldn’t mind fighting for what she wants. She just wishes to become something good one day, and show those snooty Slytherin kids that she isn’t just a cheerful hobbit. She loves her family, and would do anything to protect them. ANYTHING.

LOATHES: Studies, dragons, fire, birds, winter, bees, prejudice, hypocrites, blood status, brats.
BOGGART: Seeing her loved ones die before her, and she can’t do anything to help.
DEMENTOR: Her worst memory would probably be the time, the only time, she fought with her elder brother. That resulted in both of them falling off the roof, heading for their death. However, something cushioned their fall and they discovered they were wizards. She didn’t like it, not one bit.
PATRONUS: Her patronus would probably be a red panda, and her best memory would probably be the time she entered Hogwarts. It was her dream come true, and being sorted into Gryffindor? Beyond brilliant.
AMORENTIA: the smell of wet mud, her mother’s home-made spaghetti, and chocolate.
VERITASERUM: She wants to have a fairytale-esque wedding when she grows up. She had a kleptomania problem when she was eleven.
STRENGTHS: Determined, strong-willed, brave, loyal, loving.
WEAKNESSES: Klutzy, grudging, insensitive, stubborn, poor student.
OVERVIEW: Lyra’s a friendly and amiable person. She loves to help out others, and is enthusiastic in whatever she does. She talks a lot, and just doesn’t know when to shut up, resulting in her falling into trouble a lot. Due to her distaste for birds and fire, it’s not unusual for her to hate dragons as well.
Lyra’s one of the guys, and you’ll see her hanging around with more boys than girls. Although her best friend is a girl, she tends to fight a lot with the female population, and finds girls too fanciful and frivolous for her liking. Lyra mocks love, but she’s a big softie from the inside. She isn’t one for love at first sight. She’s the kind of girl that just might end up falling for her guy best friend.
Lyra gets into many fights, and doesn’t mind resorting to violence. She yells a lot too, so watch out there. She can be very insensitive when she wants to, and doesn’t mind lashing out at others. Once someone has hurt her, she’ll hold a grudge for eternity.
Lyra’s an innocent girl at heart. Although she’s feisty and that scares away many people, she can be easily taken advantage of. She can’t see the people she loves in danger, and will do anything for them. She’s passionate in whatever she does, a trait respected by many. She likes anything cute and adorable, like the stuff you’d expect an eight year old to like? Ponies, unicorns, teddy bears, princesses…you name it.

FATHER: Geoffrey Wright, 43, brewer, muggle.
SIBLINGS: George Wright, 17, order, Hufflepuff student
OTHER IMPORTANT FIGURES: Her female Northern Saw-Whet owl called Zorro.
WEALTH STATUS: Her parents, being muggles, earn their money in the form of pounds, hailing from England. They aren’t exactly rich, leaning more to the below average income section, but they get by. Lyra isn’t good with her money, and has the tendency to spend…a lot, and therefore, her brother takes care of her expenses.
BIRTHPLACE: Devon, England
CURRENT RESIDENCE: A village near Ottery St. Catchpole, in a small and quaint bungalow called ‘The Wright’s Abode’.
OVERVIEW:
Lyra Wright were born to parents Lilly and Geoffrey Wright on the 9th of November into a Muggle family. Of course, the parents didn’t know they had given birth to a witch, after their first child was born a wizard, and raised the two children just like any ordinary Muggle family would. George, the elder sibling by three years, was always a quiet child, and never troubled his parents much. However, even back then, Lyra Wright was a difficult child. She would hate to be dolled up like the other kids in the locality did. Lilly and Geoffrey both worked in the liquor business, not earning too much, but just enough for their family to get by with three meals a day.
George grew up to be a shy and helpful boy, aiding his mother around the house while Lyra went out to play cricket with her friends. It was really odd, considering the roles should have been reversed, but since the kids were happy with their way of living, so were the parents. Lyra was the one that usually helped out her father at the brewing company, and due to this, she was always closer to her father than to her mother. Of course, with her short blonde hair hidden by her mandatory cap, many people mistook her for a boy, but that just made the oddity for a girl even happier. Lyra and George never fought much, considering the contrasting personalities they had, and they loved each other tremendously.
It was when Lyra and seven and George was ten when bizarre things started to happen to them. They were on the terrace of their small house, messing about. The fight gradually turned into the worst [and the only] fight they had, and not realizing it, both the kids fell off the roof, heading for the hard patio. However, something cushioned their fall, and the speed with which they fell slowed down. The kids were shocked, and soon later, two owls dropped two letters at their feet. The kids, immensely shocked, ran to their mother that was inside the kitchen. It took the Wrights some time to absorb the novelty of it all, but in the end, they knew what they had to do- send the kids to Hogwarts. Although Lyra was exposed to the wizarding world at a much younger age than her brother, she was hooked on immediately. She loved every aspect at it, and Hogwarts? Hogwarts sounded like a fantasy to her, and couldn’t wait to start school there.
Although she loved her brother, Lyra didn’t want to get sorted into Hufflepuff, like he did. She’s never admitted it out loud, but she found Hufflepuff…too silly for her liking. Of course, she was jumping with joy when the Hat declared she was in Gryffindor, and is very supportive of her house in every activity. School life is a little tough for her, because she gets into trouble a lot, and doesn't really study much. Teachers don’t like her much due to her talkative nature, but Lyra couldn’t care less. All she has to do now, is work for her O.W.Ls that take place the following year, and show those cursed teachers she can get the marks if she wants to.

RP SAMPLE:
Lyra stared at Zorro, her plump Australian Mist, as it licked itself continuously, oblivious to the stinking hot weather. She just stared at the cat, her eyes wide, and her expression dazed. With the same stunned expression, she looked over at the living room door; hoping one of her siblings would enter with a cold glass of lemonade for her. She turned her head to the window, and squinted due to the glare that emitted from the blazing sun. She groaned, and pulled up her short shaggy red hair into a messy ponytail. From when had summers in Ottery St. Catchpole been so hot? Lyra Weasley wasn’t one that liked the summers much. Give her any minus Celsius degrees temperature, and she’ll still be happy enough to play Quidditch in it. However, Quidditch in this weather wasn’t her cup of tea. Five minutes into the game, and her team lost its Keeper. Septimus, of course, had been delighted to play in place of his sister. He had never gotten a chance to play due to both the teams having three players, and therefore, he was always the substitute. It always was Ivan, Drew and Lyra versus Reggie, Amerie and Whitney. Lyra picked up Zorro in her arms, and walked over to the kitchen door, trying to get a view of the Quidditch game. She grimaced when she couldn’t sight a single person, and with a desolate sigh, she retreated to the orange couch that lay against the beige wall. Oh, how thirsty she had been, but she was too lazy to go and get herself a glass of water.
‘’Oh curse it!’’ she groaned,’’ I justcamefrom the stupid kitchen!’’
She grumbled loudly, and her cat hissed at her angrily before stalking away, her tail up in the air.
‘’Yeah, yeah…leave me all by myself, yeah? You wait and see, you silly cat. Term starts in a week, and no way in hell am I going to take you along with me!’’
She gulped, her throat extremely parched, and in vain, called out,’’ Ma…! Where are you? Could you please make me a glass of lemonade?’’
After saying that, however, Lyra widened her eyes and banged her head against the wall. She was surely going delusional. Didn’t her parents just leave the house to go somewhere?
She huffed angrily, and crossed her arms. Her family couldn’t desert her like this, could they? A thought crossed Lyra’s mind, and she widened her eyes. Was this…a prank played by her family? No, Ivan couldn’t do that. Lyra was Ivan’s favorite. He wouldn’t leave her like this definitely, all by herself, along in the house when she was so weak and vulnerable. Okay, granted, she was exaggerating, but from when was Lyra one not to do so? She would yell at all of them when they got back, oh yes she would. You don’t leave Lyra Weasley alone at home in the summer. Lyra titled her head to a side, trying to actually register the inane thoughts going through her head, and she widened her eyes with a gasp.
‘’Oh no…oh bloody hell no! I’m going…crazy…! IVAN!’’ she yelled out with a histrionic sob. She was never one to act dramatic, but certain situations called for it. This was one of them.
