Lily Evans - Lily absolutely hates Sirius, almost as much - if not more - than she hates James. Not only is he a bully, but he is a part of the group responsible for the destruction of her childhood friendship. Sure, Severus dug his grave, but the Marauders definitely helped him. It would take a lot of jokes - and a lot of apologies - to make Lily see him as something other than the imbecilic toe rag's accomplice.

Nona Helms - Like it or not, Nona and Sirius have a lot in common. They are both black sheeps in their houses - Sirius, a pureblooded Black; Nona, a muggleborn Slytherin *though no one knows it* - and they both share the same ideals. Both are against old Moldy-Shorts, and they can both appreciate a good party when it roles around. Unlike Sirius, however, Nona has few friends due to her house, and she's constantly struggling with her secret. It doesn't matter whether Sirius feels anything more for Nona or not. The only thing she needs right now is someone to confide in, someone who would never reveal her secrets and get over the house prejudice enough to at least hold a civil conversation with her.
