Honestly though? Juliet loves the boy. Not literally of course, but as if he were her kid brother. She finds him and his ways adorable, which she may not approve of, but she finds him cute in his own little way. Personality wise.
She has a habit of poking his forehead when he does something stupid or wrong...

Kate has the lovely pleasure of falling for Sirius after a drought of love potion... oh you and your marauder friends! So how would you like to go about this? They are in the same house, play quidditch together, and Sirius is kind of a player so.. there are infinite possibilities!
